Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a proactive HSE Manager in Houston, TX to develop, implement, and oversee Cotton’s HSE programs across divisions and projects. This role mentors HSE Specialists and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards nationwide.

The HSE Manager will lead safety initiatives, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with senior leaders to protect workers, the public, and the environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HSE-related position.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Construction industry preferred.
• Experience in General industry (warehousing, manufacturing, etc.) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the Cotton HSE Management System.
• Communicate with leadership on HSE metrics, policies, programs and regulations.
• Review and improve HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
