Job summary

Valence is seeking a senior HSE professional to lead corporate Health, Safety, and Environment practices across multiple plants in Oklahoma. You will drive continual improvements in safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage MOS deployment at enterprise, regional, plant, and department levels.

Responsibilities include compiling regulatory reports, training, audits, incident data analysis, and upkeep of SDS libraries. Strong OSHA background and 5+ years in EH&S required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EH&S
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Proficient in safety and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Define and drive corporate HSE standards across sites
• Lead continual improvement in HSE culture and compliance
• Deploy HSE Management Operating System across levels
• Compile and submit regulatory and permit reports
• Ensure hazardous material handling, storage and waste management compliance
• Conduct audits and site visits to identify risks and implement solutions
• Analyze incident data to drive zero-incident culture
• Maintain inspections for safety equipment and emergency readiness
• Update SDS library at facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned
