Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies seeks an experienced HSE leader to define, implement, and drive Corporate HSE standard practice across the Grove facility. You will oversee air, water, hazardous materials, OSHA training and permit compliance, guiding management to a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred, field of study-Science.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in EH&S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Corporate HSE standard practice is defined, implemented and driven daily through plant management and compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
• Lead the organization in developing continual improvement in the HSE culture, including air, water quality and hazardous material permit compliance and OSHA training.
• Deploy an HSE Management Operating System (MOS) across Enterprise, Regional, Plant and Department levels with reporting, audits, and training systems.
• Compile and submit all regulatory, permit and compliance reports for all company locations.
• Educate, drive and measure site performance to ensure compliance with hazardous material handling, storage and waste regulations.
