Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a dedicated EHS Manager to promote a safe, accident-free work environment at our Tulsa site. You will administer general safety policies, ensure compliance with OSHA rules, and lead health and safety initiatives with site leadership.

The role requires coordinating training, reporting safety metrics, and managing EHS programs and budgets, while collaborating with HR and environmental teams to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience, associate’s degree with 8+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and compliant work environment according to OSHA rules.
• Lead SBO Plan site targets and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with HR on workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Manage EHS data, training programs, and budgets.
