Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking an HSE Field Technician to evaluate field safety conditions, support the HSE Safety Management System, and advise leadership on corrective actions to protect employees and operations.

You will partner with the HSE Manager, field crews, customers, and contractors to advance safety performance, conduct audits, and maintain incident management processes in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of HSE/DOT experience in oilfield services.
• CSP/SMS/ASP or OSHA training preferred.
• Experience with contractor safety management systems and LMS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and assess compliance risk on field activities.
• Coach and intervene to correct unsafe practices.
• Stop work when imminent hazards are identified.
• Manage KPI log data daily and report weekly.
• Support incident investigations and reporting processes.
• Lead or support local audits and corrective actions.
• Communicate safety expectations with customers and crews.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and leadership on safety actions.
• Maintain competency per HSE Technician Roles and Responsibilities.
