• Served as the go-to escalation point for security issues across teams.
• Held vendors accountable to policy and SLA from a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for the security systems, processes, and policies at the site.
• Act as on-site escalation point for security events across physical IT construction and operations.
• Oversee guard force, access control, and camera systems and ensure SLA adherence.
