Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Site Safety professional for complex data center and industrial builds in the Buffalo area. You will lead safety programs, enforce OSHA standards, and partner with engineers and field teams to integrate safety into design and operations.

The role requires OSHA 30 Construction, current First Aid, CPR, AED, and hands-on experience with workers’ compensation processes, return-to-work programs, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• You've run site safety on a data center or heavy industrial build with multiple crews on one campus.
• OSHA 30 Construction and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required.
• You've reviewed designs to embed engineering controls in drawings rather than relying on instructions.
• You've handled workers' compensation claims from first report through closure and coordinated with medical providers.
• You've built or managed return-to-work and transitional duty programs used by field supervisors.
• You've owned OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 recordkeeping through inspections or audits.
