Job summary

RESOURCE TRANSPORT, LLC is seeking a Manager, HSE/DOT to lead DOT compliance and safety initiatives for its Northeast operations. The role emphasizes investigations, risk assessments, training, and policy development to protect personnel and assets.

You will collaborate with regulatory agencies, customers, and vendors, maintain records, and ensure OSHA, EPA, and API standards are met. Travel to multiple sites is required, and you will report to the VP of HSE & DOT Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas HSE management experience.
• Proven ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, API and related standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, or near misses and develop corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses at multiple locations.
• Develop, document, and implement safety programs and policies.
• Regularly audit safety programs and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage record keeping for OSHA logs, incidents, and compliance documents.
