Intertek in York, PA seeks an HSE Coordinator to implement and maintain safety policies locally. You will train staff, conduct inspections, and lead audits to prevent incidents. The role requires a proactive safety mindset, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and 2+ years directly related work experience.
• Proactive safety mindset with facility presence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate company-wide safety strategy locally.
• Create and implement safety policies to prevent incidents.
• Provide training on safety policies and PPE.
• Conduct daily lab walkthroughs to enforce compliance.
• Inspect safety equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure inventory of safety supplies is adequate.
• Investigate incidents and report to Safety Manager.
• Lead local safety committee and audits of HSE programs.
