Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I in Towanda, PA to ensure field operations meet federal, state, and client safety standards. This field-based role supports PA, OH, and WV, performing inspections, incident reporting, audits, and maintaining ISNetworld/Avetta compliance.

You will collaborate with frontline employees, leadership, and clients to promote safety, drive continuous improvement, and deliver training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years of relevant oil & gas HSE experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands.
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations.
• Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance.
• Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports.
• Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations.
• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs.
• Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required.
