4 Corner HR Resources in Wisconsin seeks an experienced HSE leader to split time between Appleton and Neenah, supporting North American field service teams with travel typically under 10%. You will define and report on safety metrics, coach leaders to own outcomes, and ensure compliance with OSHA and government regulations across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• 5+ years progressive HSE experience with change leadership.
• Manufacturing/industrial exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations a must.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to mitigate risk.
