Job summary

IPS is seeking a HSE-CIPS Specialist to lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. You will partner with leaders to advance HSE programs, implement 6S, and drive data-driven improvements using dashboards and risk assessments.

Ideal candidates possess a business degree and 5+ years in HSE and CI, with strong MS Office proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of HSE experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and safety across all levels of the organization.
• Engage with site leaders and employees to deliver excellence in HSE and CIPS.
• Lead 6S, process improvement, and KPI dashboards; monitor data quality.
