Audubon is seeking a HSE Coordinator to join our Houston office. The role coordinates Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance initiatives, administers the corporate drug and alcohol program, and supports safety programs across both office and field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in administrative, HSE, or compliance support.
• Experience with safety management systems or similar platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and drug testing requirements preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites to support HSE initiatives, training, and compliance activities as needed.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for field safety operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for candidates and employees during pre-employment and ongoing drug testing processes.
• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor pre-employment, random, and follow-up drug testing to ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Track and document all stages of testing with laboratories, collection sites, and HR.
• Maintain and administer drug and alcohol testing programs and training procedures.
