The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of HSE experience in the utility construction sector, relevant safety credentials, and a proven ability to develop talent, travel as needed, and drive safer, compliant

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE experience in utility construction or an equivalent combination of safety and construction experience.
• Safety credentials such as CHST, CUSP, CSP, COSS, OSHA 500, etc.
• Ability to attract, develop, manage and retain talent.
• Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel with minimal lead time.

Responsibilities

• Interface with senior management, peers, subordinates and client personnel to oversee project site HSE plans.
• Design, implement and direct environmental, health and safety programs, guidelines and procedures.
• Provide leadership, structure, and drive innovation and process change across the organization.
