You will partner with operations leadership to implement HSE programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement while guiding Senior HSE Coordinators and field operations to align with corporate standards. The role emphasizes safety culture, travel nationwide, and collaboration with leadership to advance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within safety role or industry.
• OSHA 500 Certification.
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs 75% of the time nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational Health, Safety & Environmental leadership for an assigned operating company or business unit.
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure effective HSE programs and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and support Senior HSE Coordinators and field operations; align with corporate HSE standards.
