MICON Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives across an operating company. You will align site operations with corporate HSE standards and drive continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, coaching field teams, and traveling nationwide to support projects while protecting people and communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety roles within construction or heavy industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA 500 Certification required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 75% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HSE leadership for assigned OpCo or business unit.
• Partner with operations to implement HSE programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach Senior HSE Coordinators and field teams to improve safety performance.
• Promote a positive safety culture and environmental responsibility.
