Job summary

MICON Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead strategic and operational HSE programs across an assigned OpCo.

You will partner with operations leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coach field staff on safety standards. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of safety experience, OSHA 500 certification, and the ability to travel up to 75% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within safety role or industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• OSHA 500 Certification.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
• Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs 75% of the time nationwide.
