Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Associate to lead safety initiatives across high-voltage and infrastructure-heavy facilities.

You will partner with data center and building operations teams to enforce SOPs and emergency response plans, helping prevent incidents and protect frontline technicians. This role emphasizes monitoring safety performance, developing strategic solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to cost reduction and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex content concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records for compliance.
• Present inspection records and violations to management with recommendations.
• Inform management, clients, and staff about advanced regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
