Job summary

CBRE seeks a Health, Safety, and Environment Associate to lead safety guidance for high-voltage, infrastructure-heavy facilities. You will collaborate with data center and building operations teams to enforce SOPs and emergency response plans, helping prevent incidents and ensuring environmental compliance.

Your work protects frontline technicians and supports CBRE's mission to keep critical infrastructure online, while aligning with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content concisely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve results.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored correctly for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams; coordinate activities accordingly.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance team efficiency.
