Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Health, Safety, and Environment Associate to lead safety initiatives within complex physical environments, including data center and infrastructure-heavy facilities.

You will develop and enforce SOPs and emergency response plans to protect frontline technicians and ensure operational integrity. You’ll collaborate with operations teams, verify compliance records, and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in injury, illness, and incident-related performance monitoring.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve results.
• Verify permits, licenses, and records for compliance.
• Present inspection records and violations to management with recommendations.
• Inform management, clients, and staff of advanced regulations and findings.
• Assist in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems with little precedent.
• Impact related teams and suggest process improvements.
