Job summary

Flexon Technologies Talent360.ai is seeking a Home Study Coordinator for the HSAT Operations team in Santa Clara, CA. The role handles device fitting, participant instruction, device collection, and data handoff in a high-volume, 8–10 dispatch per day setting.

You will be responsible for device activation demonstrations, capture of synchronization signals if applicable, and handoff of devices to the Data Manager for data offload.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical research, medical device, or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable with hands-on device application on participants (belts, sensors, cannulas).
• Strong verbal communication to explain device use to non-technical participants.

Responsibilities

• Fit HSAT devices on participants: nasal cannula, RIP belts, SpO2 probe, body position sensor.
• Provide clear verbal and written instructions for overnight wear.
• Demonstrate device activation and verify recording start.
