Job summary

Flexon Technologies Talent360.ai is seeking a Home Study Coordinator for the HSAT Operations team in Santa Clara, CA. The role handles device fitting, participant instruction, device collection, and data handoff in a high-volume, 8–10 dispatch per day setting.

You will be responsible for device activation demonstrations, capture of synchronization signals if applicable, and handoff of devices to the Data Manager for data offload.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical research, medical device, or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable with hands-on device application on participants (belts, sensors, cannulas).
• Strong verbal communication to explain device use to non-technical participants.

Job Title: Home Study Coordinator — HSAT Operations

Job Description:

Summary: Dedicated to the home HSAT arm. Handles device fitting, participant instruction, device collection, basic troubleshooting, and same-day data handoff. This is a high-volume, participant-facing role — up to 8-10 device dispatches per day.

Responsibilities:

• Fit Nox T3s HSAT devices on participants: nasal cannula, RIP belts, SpO2 probe, body position sensor
• Provide clear verbal and written instructions for overnight wear
• Demonstrate device activation and verify recording start
• Initiate synchronisation signal capture (if applicable for home arm)
• Collect returned devices next day; verify physical integrity
• Hand off collected devices to Data Manager for data offload
• Sanitise and repackage devices for next dispatch (2-day turnaround cycle)
• Track device inventory: 25 units in rotation + 5 buffer stock
• Log all dispatch/collection events in study database

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical research, medical device, or healthcare setting
• Comfortable with hands-on device application on participants (belts, sensors, cannulas)
• Strong verbal communication (explaining device use to non-technical participants)
• Organised — must track 25+ devices cycling through dispatch/return/sanitise/redeploy
• Available to work 7 days/week during the acquisition window

Preferred:

• Experience with HSAT devices (Nox T3s, WatchPAT, Embletta, or similar)
• Experience with respiratory therapy or pulmonary function testing
