Alegeus is seeking a HSA Bulk Transfers Coordinator to drive high-impact asset transfers for employer groups and participants. You will partner with custodians, ensure accuracy, and meet timelines across our hub locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project experience, familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or PMBOK, and comfort working in a hybrid environment with 25% in-office at Boston, Orlando, or Milwaukee.

• Take ownership of high-impact HSA transfer projects, guiding them from initiation through completion while ensuring exceptional accuracy, service, and client satisfaction.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range

$53,000.00 - $90,400.00
