Job summary

Dysart Unified School District District Wide, Surprise, AZ is hiring a 26/27 SY SPED Paraprofessional - Resource (High School) to support students with disabilities and assist the Special Education Teacher with IEP implementation.

The position is 0.875 FTE (195 days calendar) with a starting date of immediately. Responsibilities include following lesson plans, maintaining records, and participating in district PD. Requires high school diploma or GED, and additional qualifications noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or 60 college credits or approved Dysart exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist Special Education Teacher with IEP implementation.
• Support students with various disabilities in both settings.
• Follow lesson plans and provide activities per guide.
• Maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with records.
