Job summary

Uplift Education is seeking a HS Math Curriculum and Instruction Specialist to write and develop network-wide curriculum resources for grades 9-12, aligned to IB Programme Standards and Texas Bluebonnet Math. The role includes training and coaching school leaders and teachers to improve implementation fidelity.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of high school math teaching, plus leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred but not required.
• Experience with curriculum writing and inquiry-based instruction is a plus.
• IB Programme Standards and Practices knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Curate curriculum aligned to IB MYP/DP and Texas Bluebonnet Math.
• Provide professional development to school leaders and teachers.
• Analyze assessment data to inform instruction and interventions.
• Monitor curriculum implementation through observations and reviews.
• Develop and maintain Schoology curriculum content for grades 9-12.
