Responsibilities

• Creates rigorous, long-term to daily lesson plans.
• Drives instruction and sets clear goals.
• Maintains safe, productive learning environment and enforces policies.
• Communicates with parents and staff; participates in meetings.
• Completes state Texas Reading Academies Training as required.
