Job summary

Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety, Training & Plant Administration Manager to lead our Diboll, Texas polyiso foam manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive safety professional who can drive a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, and employee training across the plant.

The successful candidate will manage OSHA compliance, incident investigations, PPE programs, SDS management, and environmental reporting, while coordinating with the site

Qualifications

• Associate degree or five years related experience; or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and reporting.
• Experience with PSM, HAZWOPER, DOT, SDS management, incident investigation, and contractor safety is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organization and detail-orientation for safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, deliver, and document safety and training for employees, new hires, temporary workers, and contractors.
• Maintain OSHA records (OSHA 300/301) and annual summaries.
• Administer, maintain, and improve HS&E programs, policies, procedures, and training matrices.
• Coordinate required first aid, CPR, HAZWOPER, DOT, and other regulatory training.
• Monitor safety metrics and report to plant and corporate management.
