Job summary

Owens Corning in Irving, TX seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Leader to drive world-class safety and environmental performance across our plants. You will own EHS systems, coach teams, and help build a zero-injury culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role leads a cross-functional team, manages site metrics, and partners with stakeholders to advance sustainability and risk reduction across the operation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in EH&S, engineering, science, or related field.
• CSP certification strongly preferred.
• 6 years of progressive safety experience; manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Experience with Texas environmental and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental performance across Irving plants to world-class levels.
• Coach and develop plant personnel to strengthen safety ownership.
• Own EHS metrics, regulatory compliance, and improvement priorities.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal partners on compliance actions and audits.
• Drive TPM EHS pillar in support of site strategy.
