Bart & Associates, LLC (B&A) seeks a Senior ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to lead modernization of HR workflows. The role is off-site/contractor based, with periodic on-site support at HQ locations in the Washington DC area and Fort Belvoir, VA as needed.

Required: Bachelor's degree or higher, 7+ years in business process reengineering, 4+ years in HRSD/ServiceNow, strong communication and presentation skills, ServiceNow HRSD Implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Four (4) years of experience in business process re-engineering with demonstrated increasing responsibility.
• Strong written/verbal communication and business presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilitation, training, methodology development/evaluation, process reengineering, best-practice identification, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity/data modeling, and information-system development support.
• Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to modernization projects; develop modern business methods, performance measures, and integrate new workflows with existing processes.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts and communicate process changes to business and technical stakeholders.

Job Summary

• Anticipated Award: December 2026
• Anticipated Start: January 2027
• Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years
• Salary Range: $135,000-$180,000

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security requirements, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Note: Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
