Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking an LMS-SAAS Software Systems Engineer to support DLA HRM IT Sustainment efforts. This off-site role requires periodic meetings in the Washington, DC area. Anticipated award in Dec 2026; start Jan 2027. Salary range $145,000-$190,000; contingent on contract award.

Required: 5+ years in relevant IT, SAP SuccessFactors experience, and active Secret clearance. Location: off-site contractor with occasional on-site meetings as needed in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in LMS/SAAS software engineering or related IT fields.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and federal HR IT systems.
• SFX accreditation or SAP SuccessFactors certifications are required or strongly preferred.

• Formulate and define specifications for complex LMS software and modify/maintain existing SAAS applications.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs; support OS maintenance and software systems programming; evaluate software products.

Job Summary

B&A is seeking a LMS-SAAS Software Systems Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

• Anticipated Award: December 2026
• Anticipated Start: January 2027
• Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years
• Salary Range: $145,000-$190,000

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security requirements, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Note: Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define specifications for complex operating software programming applications and modify/maintain complex existing applications.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs; support operating system maintenance and software systems programming applications; evaluate software products.

Education and Experience

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with federal Human Resources IT systems.
