Job summary

Eaton is seeking an HRS Operational Excellence Manager, Americas to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of HR Services across the region. The role spans the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and requires leadership of the Americas HRS OPEX team.

The position is based at the North America HQ in Beachwood, OH, with relocation considered for candidates outside a 50 mile radius.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, shared services, service delivery, process transformation, HR operations, or technology implementation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience operating across multiple countries, languages, or regulatory environments strongly preferred.
• HR Shared Services or other global business services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across HR Services in the Americas, partnering with regional and global teams to improve processes, performance, technology, and the employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardize and streamline HR processes, and use performance insights to identify opportunities that enhance service quality, efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
• Advance digital transformation and the adoption of HR technologies, while building operational excellence capabilities across HRS teams.
• As a people leader, lead, coach, and develop the Americas HRS OPEX team, driving consistent, scalable, and sustainable HR service delivery across the region.
