Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking an associate (HRO Processing Assistant II) to ensure timely and accurate information is delivered to participants, identify process delays, and collaborate with leads to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain client SLA adherence, quality scores, and SOP-driven documentation, while explaining complex plans clearly and driving improvements. Requires 2–4 years of experience, a B.Com/B.A/BBA, and availability for evening/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (no full-time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed).
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work evening/night shifts as required.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS‑Office, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute positively to meeting client SLA's and performance metrics.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow‑ups, and adherence to SOPs.
• Explain complex client plans and provisions in a simplified manner to facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Identify issues, process delays, and quality problems; recommend and execute solutions.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure delivery according to standard operating procedures.
• Take ownership of self‑learning and development.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with short deadlines.
