Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, arts or business.
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work evening/night shifts as per business requirement.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel).
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understands and contributes to meeting client SLA's and quality goals.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work to produce a high volume within performance standards.
• Documentation and follow-ups per SOPs; ensure proper records.
• Explain complex client plans clearly to support informed decisions.
• Identify issues and propose solutions; aid resolution with leads.
