• Assist in managing the change control process for VReg data for US/Canada.
• Provide support to ensure accuracy of HRM through monitoring, triage, and execution of VReg change requests.
• Execute requests to create and modify objects in Veeva Registrations (VReg).
• Identify upstream data modification impacts and initiate appropriate actions.
• Manage shared mailbox, respond to inquiries, and action requests.
• Provide oversite to offshore data entry personnel as needed.
• Assist with HRM Data Quality initiatives and ensure compliance with Merck training.
