Job summary

Nordson Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Technology Leader to define strategy, governance, and architecture for our HRIS landscape. You will partner with HR and IT to drive HR technology initiatives, manage Workday/UKG/Dayforce configurations, and lead automation projects to improve efficiency and data quality.

The role requires deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in HRIS administration or HR technology environments.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Experience with HR functional areas: Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Attendance.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR technology standards and governance for Workday, UKG Dimensions, Dayforce and related apps.
• Administer and maintain HR tech platforms, including workflows, security roles, and reporting.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics; ensure data accuracy and security.
• Design and implement secure integrations between HR systems and applications.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver HR technology initiatives.
