Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking an HRIS Administrator to maintain the HRIS system of record, ensure data integrity and system security. The role covers setup, configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrades, plus reporting and analytics to improve HR and company efficiency.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to implement processes, train users, and support audits while continuously improving data quality and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong data integrity, reporting and security policy knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Payroll and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS system of record, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Configure, customize, upgrade and support HRIS modules and reports.
• Design and improve dashboards, reporting and analytics for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and Payroll to ensure timely processing and data integrity.
• Provide user training and first-line troubleshooting for HRIS users.
• Support SOX audits and maintain system access controls.
