Job summary

Oakridge Staffing is seeking an experienced HRIS Support Specialist to assist with a Workday implementation in our North America operations. The role is onsite four days per week in Midtown Manhattan, reporting to the Director HR Technology.

You will provide hands-on L2 support for Workday HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking and related systems, ensuring data integrity and security while collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize the HR systems landscape.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR technology L2 support experience, including Workday.
• Experience with Workday HCM; SAP HR and other HR systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for HRIS and Workday tickets.

European retailer is looking for an experienced HRIS Support Specialist to help support a Workday implementation. Workday support experience is required! This job is onsite 4 days/week in midtown Manhattan.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will be a key member of the Operations Human Resources Team, reporting directly to the Director HR Technology. You will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape in North America.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems and Applications Support
• Provide L2 support for HRIS, including resolving user tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data integrity and security within Workday (HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking, etc.), SAP HR, Varicent, Cornerstone, and other HR systems.
• Support Workday HCM/Payroll/Security and time tracking setup and administration as well as the interfaces with other systems.

Qualifications

Education

• College education or technical school background required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Skills/Abilities

• HR Technology Expertise: 2-5 years of HR Technology L2 support experience, focusing on system support, testing, and data analysis. Essential hands‑on experience with Workday HCM; preferred experience with SAP HR modules and other HR systems (e.g., timekeeping, payroll, benefits, LMS), or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
