Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking an HRIS Supervisor to lead the HRIS Analysts team in Irvine, CA. You will oversee Oracle HCM modules, ensure data integrity, and partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to drive improvements.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will manage projects, govern systems, and deliver scalable HR solutions while supporting enterprise priorities and enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in a Core HR role.
• 2 years of Oracle HCM Cloud systems architect experience.
• 5 years of experience directly leading/supervising a team of HRIS analysts, architects and/or product owners.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance, Absence, and HCM analytics (OTBP, BIP, FAW).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of HRIS Analysts, including assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and support of Oracle HCM modules with data integrity and issue resolution.
• Lead HRIS processes, audits, and reporting for HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR leadership, IT, and Payroll to implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Oversee testing and implementation support for upgrades and new functionality with change management.
• Establish team standards, documentation, controls, and workflows for data quality and compliance.
• Monitor system issues and stakeholder feedback; identify improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Support strategic HRIS initiatives with SME input, resource planning, and project oversight.
