Job summary

Integra in Dallas/Plano seeks an HRIS Analyst to own Core HR and workforce administration systems. You will drive Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration, data integrity, and process optimization to support a growing workforce.

Collaborating with HR Operations and IT, you translate business needs into system requirements, manage data mapping and testing, and help deploy enhancements across payroll, benefits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HRIS/HR systems implementations or administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business or related field or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement with HR, Process, IT and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and project management skills for requirements and deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR: configuration, transactions, testing, production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional direction and daily effectiveness of Core HR and workforce admin systems.
• Translate HR needs into system requirements and workflows; support Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
• Coordinate data conversion, testing, and implementation with HR, IT and partners.
• Manage release testing and adoption, including payroll/benefits impacts.
• Collaborate with IT on integrations, access, and issue resolution.
