A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced HRIS Programmer Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will focus on supporting and managing HRIS and payroll applications, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and experience with Highline Personality/eP, Crystal reports, and Oracle BI. Qualifications

• Proven experience working with HRIS applications (Highline Personality/eP).
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and employment management.
• Proficient in Crystal reports and Oracle BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate application configurations for HRIS.
• Manage payroll calendars and functions in the HRIS system.
• Document processes for turnover to production teams.

Skills

Experience with Highline Personality/eP HRIS & Payroll application

Experience in Crystal reports

Experience with Oracle BI discoverer

Familiar with Unix programming language (COBOL)
