Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related field.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing teams.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, drive decision-making, and resolve complex business challenges.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to define priorities and deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned HR technology products and services.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Product Owners, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational objectives and ensure delivery of business value.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and product outcomes.
• Provide oversight of product backlogs, prioritization, release management, and delivery activities across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize HR technology solutions, system integrations, data integrity, and user experience.
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex business and technology decisions.
