Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel seeks an HR Analyst (People Systems & Operations) to own and optimize our core HR technology stack, including Paylocity, UKG, and JotForm. You will ensure data integrity, develop predictive analytics, and deliver actionable insights to support a 1,500+ workforce.

The role requires advanced HRIS experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to train staff across all shifts. On-site, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory compliance to enable a seamless

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum four (4) years of full-time HRIS administration and People/HR data analytics experience, including at least one year as primary HRIS administrator.
Proven experience configuring enterprise HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms (Paylocity/UKG preferred).

Responsibilities

Administer & Optimize People Systems for 24/7 operation across Paylocity, UKG, and JotForm.
Data quality governance and final QC on system changes.
Develop predictive analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Deliver system training and drive user adoption across shifts.
Map workflows and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
Create/maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
Monitor compliance and security with role-based access controls.
Lead end-to-end HR tech deployments and vendor engagements.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to leadership and staff.
Support 24/7 operations through collaborative, agile teamwork.
