St. Francis Health Services seeks an experienced Employment Systems Benefits Associate to join our corporate Human Resources team in Morris, Minnesota.

This role supports benefits administration, ACA compliance, HR technology, payroll processes, and training across the organization. Working with the Employment Systems Director, you will train newly hired HR Directors in benefits, provide ongoing education as plans change, and serve as a payroll backup while coordinating with vendors and internal

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits, payroll, HR systems, or related area.
• Proficiency with benefits eligibility, ACA, COBRA, and retirement-plan processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a benefits resource for facility HR Directors and designated HR representatives.
• Advise HR Directors regarding eligibility, enrollment procedures, life events, coverage changes, payroll deductions, and deadlines.
• Interpret benefit plans and provide guidance to HR Directors.
