Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Systems Manager to lead payroll operations for 1,200+ employees across multiple states. You will oversee ADP implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and HR to keep systems reliable and aligned with business needs.

This senior role combines process governance, system administration, and staff training across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or IT field and 7–10+ years in payroll/HRIS.
• Experience leading payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for 1,200+ employees across multiple states.
• Lead ADP system implementation and migrations; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and HRIS governance across sites.
• Provide training and ongoing support to site HR teams.
