Troon’s Corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an HRIS Business Systems Administrator to support the UKG HRIS platform across 35,000 US employees.

You will partner with process owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements, implement changes, and drive process automation. The role emphasizes strong project management, data analytics, and clear communication to deliver reliable HRIS solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in business information systems, accounting, information technology or related area.
• 5+ years of related HRIS experience.
• 3 years direct experience with UKG products: UKG Pro HR, UKG Pro Payroll, UKG Pro Workforce, or UKG Pro People Analytics.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with process owners to analyze processes and define requirements.
• Lead design, build, test and implementation of HRIS changes.
• Provide 3rd level internal support for HRIS issues and process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and automate processes.
• Develop training materials and end-user documentation.
