Qualifications
7+ years of experience in payroll and/or HRIS in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
Strong experience with payroll processing and system administration.
Solid understanding of payroll tax compliance and multi-state regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead HRIS operations, including system configuration, optimization, and integrations.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls and EINs.
Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, and IT to improve workflows and data integrity.
