Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Implementation Consultant in Duluth, GA to lead client implementations, coordinate payroll and HR needs, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role includes setting up client shells in Prism, running initial payrolls, and training new clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams, audit data accuracy, and support the transition to ongoing service models while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Formación

• Knowledge of HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry.
• Experience with HRIS/CRM systems and payroll data audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client implementations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Run initial payrolls for new clients and train onboarding clients.
• Develop and execute implementation project plans and monitor milestones.
