Position Summary: The HRIS/Payroll Coordinator Generalist will partner with managers and employees at various levels to provide HR guidance on a broad range of HR programs and initiatives in support of firm objectives. In partnership with the HR team and leadership, this position will implement solutions to address performance management and development, employee engagement, benefits, payroll and HR compliance matters. The HRIS/Payroll Coordinator must be an effective, solution-driven individual with strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.The coordinator must have a solid track record of excelling in fast-paced environments, when faced with ambiguity and while managing competing priorities concurrently. This individual must be an excellent collaborator and trusted business partner with demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization. The person in this role must have the ability to use discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.
