Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a U.S. leader in forklift and material handling, seeks an HRIS-focused project leader to define and maintain standards across HR projects and to drive global HRIS initiatives.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to develop dashboards, govern data, and implement HRIS enhancements while supporting training for HR staff. Strong communication and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Non degree considered if 6+ years of related experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience with HR Information Systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards for project management to support HR projects and align with Company strategy and goals.
• Establish best practices, dashboards, and data governance for HRIS; monitor effectiveness and ensure global consistency.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to assess HRIS requirements and implement solutions; develop training for HR staff on HRIS functionality.
• Perform Talent Development duties including creating/revising job descriptions, coaching, and developing staff; interview and hire team members.
• Communicate status of problems and solutions to senior stakeholders; manage priorities and resource planning.
