Crown Equipment Corporation, located in New Bremen, OH, is a leader in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and tech. We seek an HRIS Program Manager to standardize processes, optimize HR systems, and drive global data governance across HR functions.

The role collaborates with HR and IT, develops training, and leads talent development for HR staff. Strong project management, communication, and process expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS related experience.
• Associate degree in HR, Business, IT; non-degree considered with 6+ years experience.
• Preferred: 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience with HR Information Systems and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of web technology (HTML, XML, browsers, SQL).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain HRIS project standards and budgets.
• Establish best practices, dashboards, and data governance globally.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to assess and implement HRIS requirements.
• Develop and deliver training for HR staff on HRIS functionality.
• Coach, motivate, and develop HR staff; hire and assign work.
• Communicate status and resolve priorities with senior stakeholders.
